Common questions
How do you know it's really them blowing?
The app takes a photo during every test and compares it to the profile photo. A test that doesn't match is flagged for whoever is monitoring. You can turn face checks off if you don't need them.
What happens if a test is missed or failed?
The people you chose get a notification right away, and the result stays in the history. You can set how many minutes someone has to take a scheduled test.
Can the person being monitored change the settings?
Not if someone else is monitoring them. The monitor holds the schedule, the limit, and the device settings. Self-monitoring users can lock their own settings behind a passed test.
Who can see my results?
Only you and the people you invite. You can end a monitoring link at any time from the app, and you can download or delete your data.
Does this count for a court or probation requirement?
ThinkBAC is a voluntary monitoring tool. If a court or agency has told you exactly which device to use, check with them first.
